IN THE
EMPORDÀ
We craft natural wines in the Empordà from grapes grown in our own
vineyards in Vall-llobrega. We work mainly with Grenache, seeking living wines that
reflect each vintage without corrections.
We do not use commercial yeasts and we
do not add sulfites or filter. Each wine is the result of a process without aggressive
interventions, where time, the grape, and the environment lead the way.
Our wines
do not seek technical perfection, but an honest expression of the place: wines that
speak of the Gavarres, the granitic and clay soil, and the Mediterranean climate of the
Costa Brava.
ENOTOURISM
IN GIRONA
We offer enotourism experiences in Girona designed for those seeking
more than a conventional tasting. There are no pre-packaged speeches here: we open the
winery and vineyards to share how we truly work with natural wine.
The experience
includes a tasting of natural wines in the vineyard or the winery, where we explain the
entire process: from the vine to the bottle. We talk about spontaneous fermentations,
field decisions, and how the Gavarres environment defines each wine.
We are in
Vall-llobrega, in Baix Empordà, just minutes from the Costa Brava.
Visits are in small groups and by prior reservation.

Our vineyards are located in Vall-llobrega, within the Gavarres massif,
a little-intervened area where the landscape still sets the pace.
We work on
granitic and clay soils, with a clear influence from the Mediterranean climate and
proximity to the sea. These conditions allow for balanced ripening and bring tension and
freshness to the wines.
We understand wine as a direct consequence of the place.
That's why we work without forcing processes, letting each plot express its character.
The Gavarres are not just the context: they are the origin of everything we do.
